mnCollab aggregates the publicly available statistics of Mongolian content creators and connects creators with sponsors. The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, including the Civil Code, the Copyright Law (2021.05.06), the Advertising Law (2002.05.30), the Law on Electronic Signature (2021.12.17) and the Law on Personal Data Protection (2021).
You must be 18 or older, or have a guardian’s consent, to create an account. One person or organisation may hold one creator account and one sponsor account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your credentials secure.
Creators publish a business enquiry address on the public part of their own platform. We may write to such an address once to introduce mnCollab; a single reply removes it from our list. See the privacy policy for details.
Statistics come from public sources and from connections creators authorise themselves. They depend on the accuracy of the source platforms.
The ★ rating is not a user poll. It is computed from measured statistics by a formula published on the methodology page. A dimension that cannot be measured scores 0 rather than being skipped, so an incomplete profile scores lower than a complete one. This is stated openly and is not an error.
If you believe your data is wrong, write to us and we will check it. We do not adjust a rating on request when the underlying measurement is correct.
Decisions you make in reliance on these figures are your own. We accept no liability for their commercial consequences.
Connecting your account authorises us to read what the consent screen describes: for YouTube, which channel your Google account owns; for Facebook and Instagram, your statistics and aggregated audience demographics. You can revoke the connection from your dashboard at any time; revoking deletes the stored token and any audience data obtained through it. Figures measured from public sources — followers, views, the ★ rating — never depended on that consent, so they remain and your profile stays listed. See the privacy policy.
Because mnCollab reads YouTube data through YouTube API Services, by using mnCollab you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
A “verified” badge means only that a specific check was completed — domain ownership, phone number, or manual review. It is not a statement about that party’s financial standing, honesty, or willingness to perform. Creators must make their own judgement.
Claiming a brand you do not represent is a breach of these terms and grounds for removal.
mnCollab connects the parties and records what they agree. We are not a party to any agreement between a sponsor and a creator, do not guarantee performance by either side, do not hold or transfer payments, and take no commission from the deal value.
Payment terms are agreed solely between the parties and paid directly between them. Disputes are resolved between the parties. On request from a party or a competent authority we will produce the record we hold.
We take no cash commission from a deal. The brokerage consideration is instead performed by the sponsor in the form of marketing. This obligation arises between the sponsor and mnCollab, under these terms — not under the contract signed with a creator.
By registering as a sponsor you undertake to:
Failing this obligation is not a breach of the contract with the creator and does not affect its payment or other terms. The consequence sits with the platform alone: repeated failure ends your account.
The platform is entirely free for creators, who take on no marketing or other obligation.
A signature drawn on the platform does not meet the requirements of articles 6.2 and 10.1 of the Law on Electronic Signature (a private key and a certificate from a certification body), so it is not an “electronic signature” within the meaning of that law, and may not satisfy article 42¹.2 of the Civil Code.
The record evidences that the parties agreed and, through its hash, that the content has not changed. Where full legal force is needed, sign on paper as well or use a certified electronic signature.
We do not guarantee to retain contract records indefinitely. Keep your own copy.
The platform’s name, logo, design, source code, interface and methodology text belong to mnCollab and are protected by the Copyright Law. Copying, distributing or adapting them without written permission is prohibited. Creators’ names and profile images belong to the creators and the source platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mnCollab is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or reputational damage arising from use of the platform. Third-party API changes and outages may leave data delayed or incorrect; we will correct it when we can.
You will hold mnCollab harmless from claims brought by others in connection with your content, your deals, or your breach of these terms.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms or the law. Where a creator’s profile is built from public data only, the creator may ask to be removed and we will comply.
We process personal data under the Law on Personal Data Protection and the privacy policy. You may request correction or deletion at any time.
We may update these terms and will mark material changes by the date at the top of this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
We will try to settle any dispute by discussion first. Failing that, it will be resolved by the courts of Mongolia. Write to info@mncollab.com.
